    This dessert shop has been an exceptional experience so far. I first tried their Oreo shake, which was nothing short of heavenly—rich, creamy, and perfectly blended. Impressed, I reached out to the shop, where a courteous lady recommended another dessert. I ordered it through Uber, and it exceeded my expectations—soft, delightfully sweet, and incredibly flavorful.     Terrible shop the service is outrageous there is no explanation to it! The women called me minutes after placing an order on just eat to tell me the delivery driver has broken his phone so no delivery can be made and that she's sorry but nothing can be done and iv lost my money. I argued it isn't my fault driver broke his phone I obviously want a refund she replied I'm sorry you can't its not our fault either its the driver your food is cooked so it has to be paid for I'm sorry. I was absolutly gob smacked. I'm actually going to the shop tommorow to kick off

    We ordered various items only to receive some. We contacted the vendor only to be advised no mistake had been made, despite highlighting what we’d ordered and the extras we’d paid for the vendor advised they were to busy to take the matter further.In addition to your response, did the Uber Driver forget to add the rest of the fruit to the order and sauces as Berrylicious came with just Blueberries and some random sauce nothing like what’s decribed or pictured on UBER EATS, picture added for reference?

    Red velvet cake isn’t actually red velvet, it’s a basic sponge cake with red food colouring. But too much of that as it’s actually quite pink. Chocolate concrete was more like a chocolate cake than the chocolate concrete you’d expect.This said, the waffles have been great every time. No complaints with those at all
